I love good food and sometimes great inspiration comes from food that is prepared with love and meticulous detail. I had ordered food from Calcutta Calling a few days back on the occasion of Jamai Shashti and I must tell you that each item was wonderful. The koftas were soft and the gravy was very balanced, the panner kebabs were wonderful, the Chello kebab platter was lovely too. But I must tell you that the Fish Reshmi Kebab with cheese is stupendous. The Fish melts in your mouth and the mixture of the standard masalas with cheese is brilliant. Although I do not like Basa as a fish much, this dish made me forget all my ideas about Basa. I hope to someday try this dish with parathas at your restaurant. Please convey my love to the Chef.
